Why choosing a Wichard forged product?

Forging is the only method that guarantees the internal solidity of metal and improves its mechanical characteristics by aligning the material's fibers. All our products are forged, and carefully controlled and tested according to extremely rigorous procedures to ensure their quality. We monitor our machining centers in-house to eliminate the bond line by contouring, sand blasting, polishing, and vibratory finishing. Our control methods include: liquid penetrant testing, metallurgic analysis, macrography, and destructive tests on test pieces. We work with a network of approved subcontractors for machining, polishing, etc.
